Title: Powder Coater
Type: Temp to hire
Pay: $22-$2 5 , based on experience
Shift: 1 st shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm (optional OT)
Start: Immediately
Location: Twinsburg

Our client is a l eading precision metal fabrication and machine shop de dicated to delivering high-quality products and excellent service to their customers . Seeking experienced powder coaters to add to their team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment to ensure quality finishes.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and applying pre-treatments as necessary.
- Monitor and adjust coating processes to meet specifications and improve efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain records of daily production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and uphold safety guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in powder coating or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of coating processes, equipment, and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward continuous learning.
