About This Role
As a New Grad RN Resident in the Emergency Department at Cleveland Clinic’s Twinsburg Family Health & Surgery Center, you will provide compassionate care to patients while gaining valuable experience through a structured residency program. This role is ideal for new graduates or RNs transitioning to acute care settings.
Highlights- Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
- Location: Twinsburg, OH
- Facility: Twinsburg Family Health & Surgery Center
- Department/Unit: Emergency Department
- Schedule: Part-time, Day shift
- Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
- Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
- Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care based on acuity, preference, and resources.
- Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
- Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
- Document in patients’ medical records.
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program) required.
Experience:
- New grad or less than one year of RN work experience required.
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 24 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within one year of hire.
- Professional growth through a one-year, accredited Nurse Residency program.
