Cart Attendant

Job Summary

Under supervision of the Golf Professional, the Cart/Range Attendant performs maintenance on golf carts, including washing and cleaning, distributes carts to customers, assists customers with handling equipment, assists with driving range operations, and performs general grounds maintenance.

This is a seasonal, non‑union position.

• Maintains golf carts in good condition by assisting with maintenance, including washing, battery charging, and other scheduled maintenance.
• Assists with the driving range operations: picks up golf balls on the range, stocks golf balls at the driving range and washes driving range golf balls.
• Assists patrons with handling of golf equipment.
• Assists patrons with cart assignments and returns.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Keeps accurate time records of daily tasks.
• Performs general ground maintenance around clubhouse, driving range, and support facilities.
• Performs related duties as required.

• Must be at least 16 years old to be considered.
• Must be reliable and have good customer service skills.
• Must be able to work daylight hours Monday – Sunday, including holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Requires regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to sit, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Work frequently in outdoor weather conditions; occasionally near moving mechanical parts and exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
• Noise level is usually moderate.
