Manager, Quality Compliance

Overview

Cardinal Health Regulatory Management is responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risk, ensure compliance, and maintain supply chain integrity across the network.

• Apply comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Quality Management System (QMS) and advanced concepts to manage a wide range of projects.
• Participate in development of policies and procedures and recommend new practices, processes, metrics, or models.
• Lead complex projects of large scope with significant long‑term impact, determining methods for completion.
• Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues and provide guidance to management on systems, plans, specifications, and procedures.
• Assess data from complaints, investigations, and training metrics to identify trends and assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the accreditation specialist for CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner) and NABP (National Boards of Pharmacy), guiding business through accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with multiple business units preparing for accreditation site visits for CHAP, ACHC, NABP, and URAC.
• Implement and execute the QMS system at the Cardinal Health at Home Solutions Twinsburg, Ohio Distribution Center.
• Provide ongoing guidance and direction to operations personnel regarding regulatory and quality matters.
• Support Velocare depots, including new facility set‑up, inspection support, and quality guidance.
• Coordinate and assist in state/federal/accreditation inspections and internal audits.
• Assist with licensing requests, research regulations, run sales reports, and provide general license assistance.
• Manage two employees supporting the Advanced Diabetes Supply and US Med businesses.

• BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field (Advance Degree preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in regulatory or quality management.
• Working knowledge of accreditation agencies for healthcare.
• Project management skills.
• Previous leadership or managerial experience.

• Potential up to 25% travel.
• On‑site:
  Twinsburg, Ohio Distribution Center (3 days per week).
• Anticipated salary range: $105,100 – $135,900.
