Reuter-Stokes researchers and engineers have collaborated with customers to design, produce, and install reliable equipment for harsh environments. Our solutions include precise radiation measurement, nuclear reactor monitoring, UV flame detection, and downhole sensing for directional drilling.

Today, more than 100,000 Reuter-Stokes detectors are deployed around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Verify Customer’s Engineering and QA (Quality Assurance) documentation requirements per order.
  • Verify material used to meet customer requirements (this is done in cooperation with QA staff).
  • Verify revision levels of drawing used in production.
  • Prepare preliminary document package for Engineering to review for certification.
  • Prepare customer documentation package for Nuclear products per COE (Customer Order Evaluation) requirement.
  • This requires accurate data entry derived from various sources, travelers, tests, etc.
  • Generate accurate and digitized documentation and reports as required by customer, engineering and QA.
  • Compile all pertinent data into a presentable form (books, folders, digital, etc.).
  • Prepare customer documentation packages for products requiring reports, tests, etc.
  • Generate reports and tests (electrical, dimensional, etc.) prior to product shipment.
  • Organize and label all document packages and file.
  • Verify all data is complete, legible and all work is properly signed off prior to scanning or storing in the Record Center, as appropriate.
  • General support for QA/QC (Quality Control) departments when needed.
  • Provide weekly reports for Corrective Actions, NCRs; provide required training status to employees.
  • Filing:
    Shipment Files, COE's, PQC's (Product Quality Certificate), Indoctrination & Training Records, Piece Part Travelers, Purchase Orders, NCR's, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Perform calibration of Inspection & Measurement equipment.
  • Act as a backup to the Calibration Technician.
REQUIRED

Job Qualifications:
  • Record maintenance skills
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Ability to review documentation and reports for content.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Accurate data entry and proofreading skills
  • Ability to solve problems and support continual improvement to processes utilized in supporting customer and company needs.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Previous experience with gage calibration
Desired

Job Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Nuclear documentation and records.
  • Knowledge of Nuclear codes and standards.
Education

High School and/or GED required.
