This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Support professional, located in Twinsburg, OH. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team with managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring seamless sales operations. This position involves handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional support to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation for sales activities. The role requires clear and effective communication with both internal teams and clients to achieve company goals.

• Prior experience in a fluid power - based sales support or similar role preferred
• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Sales Operations with the ability to process and manage sales orders effectively
• Proficiency in Customer Service and a proven ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency with MS Office products and CRM platforms desired
• High attention to detail and accuracy in sales order processing and customer communication
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, or a related field is advantageous
