Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, document visitor and vehicle activity, and help to deter unauthorized access at the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, trailer yards, and perimeter;
Support cargo and distribution operations by observing for unusual activity, reporting security-related concerns, and following post orders related to access, inspections, and/or incident documentation
