1st Shift, Collision Repair Technician (8:30am-4:30pm)
Collision Repair Technician Pay Rate: $18-$24 per hour
Collision Repair Technician Job Duties
- Inspect and assess vehicle damage, including structural, mechanical, and cosmetic components
- Develop repair plans and execute the necessary steps to restore vehicles to their original state
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform various repair tasks, such as dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of all repair projects
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of the repair process
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices
- Proficiency in the use of specialized tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- 5 years of collision repair experience
- Must provide your own basic auto tools
- Knowledge of aluminum welding
- Fiberglass experience (1 year preferred)
- Pressure washing and automotive painting (1 year preferred)
- Additional duties as assigned
