We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Twinsburg, OH.
Job OverviewThe Service Technician is an integral part of the customer journey post-installation. They partner with customers to inspect and service pre-existing foundation repair and water management solutions, and support them with additional solutions options.

- Execute appointments scheduled with customers
- Travel to customers’ homes as assigned
- Build long-term relationships and represent the company professionally
- Recommend additional products and services to enhance or remedy original installation
- Perform annual maintenance visits and reactive service appointments
- Install additional products purchased by customers when required
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
- Determine potential warranty or non-warranty work on installed solutions
- Communicate job status and submit documentation to Service Manager and customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred (not required)
- Construction / Home Improvement experience preferred
- Proven customer relations experience preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
- Full-time position

Reporting to branch location while working remotely - Servicing area within territory
