We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while ensuring high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and capable of working efficiently in a fast‑paced service environment.

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and complete necessary repairs
• Communicate with Service Manager to obtain required parts
• Inspect vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is needed
• Notify Service Advisor of additional work, unnecessary work, or delays in completion
• Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders
• Conduct road tests when required
• Report equipment defects or malfunctions to supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of customer vehicles
• Keep shop area clean and organized
• Properly maintain and return all shop tools and manuals
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, hazardous waste, etc.)
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Report safety concerns immediately
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
• ASE Certification(s) preferred or in progress
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC)
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Full‑time position; occasional overtime may be required
• Work performed in a service bay/garage environment
• Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures
• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Use of PPE (gloves, safety glasses, steel‑toed boots) required
