Multi Craft Maintenance Technician - Night Shift Earn $85K-$100K+ | $5,000 Sign On Bonus | Real Troubleshooting

We're hiring a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician for our steel pickling & slitting operation. This is a night shift role built for highskill troubleshooters who want fewer interruptions, and the kind of overtime structure that pushes earnings into sixfigure territory.

Training is completed on day shift before moving to nights (6:00pm-6:00am, 24/7 biweekly rotation).

• Pickling line equipment
• Slitters
• Hydraulics (pumps, valves, cylinders)
• Pneumatics

• Welding & fabrication repairs
• Basic electrical troubleshooting

This is hands‑on, heavy equipment maintenance - not light facility work.

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or heavy mechanical experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, conveyors, or gearboxes
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred
• PLC experience is a plus
• Comfortable with computers, meters, and measurement tools
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to complete CPR, First Aid, and First Responder training
