Installation Coordinator

Our Installation Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations and services. They are responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.

• Verify contract details post‑sale
• Prepare initial labor and materials sheets to request project quote; prepare final sheets for installation crews
• Manage timeliness and accuracy of vendor quotes; approve final quotes
• Prepare pre‑installation inspection forms; research and resolve inspection delays
• Determine necessity of ancillary project expenses
• Ensure gross profit levels are maintained
• Ensure reconciliations are done timely
• Ensure accuracy of reported installer compensation
• Collect payments as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of similar administrative support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
• Customer‑centric mindset
• Demonstrated success in a deadline‑driven and high‑pressure environment
• Home Improvement / Home Services experience a plus
