Workforce Beacon Solutions is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician for a senior living community in Twinsburg, OH. This full-time, on-site role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC capabilities and readiness to respond to after-hours service calls.
You will handle turnovers, maintain common areas, document work, and monitor safety codes. A valid driver's license and own tools are required; residence within 20 minutes of the property is preferred.
