We're hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for our steel pickling & slitting operation. This is a night shift role built for high-skill troubleshooters who want fewer interruptions, and the kind of overtime structure that pushes earnings into six-figure territory.

Training is completed on day shift before moving to nights (6:00pm–6:00am, 24/7 bi-weekly rotation).

What You'll Work On

• Pickling line equipment
• Slitters
• Hydraulics (pumps, valves, cylinders)
• Pneumatics
• Conveyors
• Gearboxes
• Welding & fabrication repairs
• Basic electrical troubleshooting

This is hands-on, heavy equipment maintenance — not light facility work.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or heavy mechanical experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, conveyors, or gearboxes
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred
• PLC experience is a plus
• Comfortable with computers, meters, and measurement tools
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to complete CPR, First Aid, and First Responder training
