The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Rail Crewperson to join our Ohio operations. This hands-on laborer role supports a rail yard crew with physical tasks, shoveling, sweeping, handling materials, and basic tool use. Training will be provided if needed, with room to grow in a long-term career.
Prior rail or aggregate experience is a plus but not required. You must be able to travel, work nights and weekends when necessary, and follow safety rules per OSHA/MSHA guidelines.
