U.S. Auto Force — part of U.S. Venture, Inc. — has spent more than 100 years powering independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships with fast, reliable distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. Now we’re looking for a Non‑CDL professional to keep our routes running smoothly and our customers stocked.
A Day on the Route Your morning starts at 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. After your pre‑trip inspection, you’ll head out in a box truck under 26,001 lbs to complete 10–20 scheduled stops. You’ll use a handheld device to confirm deliveries, collect payments when required, and keep every order accurate and on time — rain, snow, or shine. Between stops, you’ll maintain driver and fuel logs, communicate clearly with customers and dispatch, and perform a post‑trip inspection when your route is complete.
Based on business needs, schedules may change and overtime may be required. Most days run 8–12 hours.
What You’ll DoOperate a box truck (under 26,001 lbs) and other vehicles as assigned across established routes
Make safe, punctual deliveries — typically 10–20 per day Complete accurate driver’s logs, fuel purchase logs, and other records per policy and law Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections daily
Load/unload product; use forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers when needed
Lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs on occasion; team‑lift or use equipment for commercial tires
Exert up to 40 lbs of pushing force when handling barrels or industrial/ag tires
Operate a company‑provided handheld to manage and confirm deliveries
Communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and leaders; collect payments as needed
Pitch in with other job‑related tasks as directed (with reasonable accommodation)
What You’ll Bring Age 21+ (company policy)1+ year of professional driving (cube van, box truck, or semi) and successful completion of our road test Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company policy
Ability to be trained on and safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts/high‑reach)
Strength to consistently lift 50 lbs and occasionally 80 lbs; push up to 40 lbs as needed
Skill at following instructions and safe operating procedures
Proven customer service mindset
Availability for overtime when business requires
Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one per DOT/FMCSA guidelines during hiring (see DOT/FMCSA for details)

Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified as to visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) conduct team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness , seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel / composite toe boots. All team members must be able to adhere with safety and manufacture guidelines for compliant use of all protective equipment.
Work environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants prevalent.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
