Warehouse Sanitation

Overview

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - Finish

Compensation: $16.25 / Hourly

We need a sanitation associate to work primarily sanitation detail at site, will be crossed trained in unloading and freight hauling and must be willing to travel to provide assistance to sister sites if needs be. Must be able to lift 5 - 10lbs frequently, 15-30lbs rarely. Must be able to stand/walk majority of day. Pay is weekly.

• The sanitation associate keeps the work site clean and free of debris
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customerul staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75 lbs, materials handled vary
• Handling of pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment
• Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
