October 2026 through February 2027

Candidates must have a background in Mathematics and/or a High School Mathematics Teaching License.

• Attend all weekly practices and meets
• Recruit students
• Perform administration duties at each meet
• Host our home meet and prepare practice materials

• Ability to structure and facilitate student work groups
• Ability to coach students one on one in new mathematical topics and novel applications
• Ability to teach higher‑level analytic problem‑solving skills and deep comprehension of advanced mathematical topics beyond the scope of traditional high‑school mathematics curriculum
• Comfort in simultaneously teaching and learning unfamiliar mathematical topics
• Comfort modeling your own learning process for students, flexibility with estimation techniques
• Comfort with divergent thinking and exploring multiple pathways to solutions of advanced mathematical problems
