Position: Minds in the Middle Summer Program ELL Paraprofessional

Location: Two Rivers High School

Dates &

Hours:

July 6th
- July 30th (Mon
- Thu) 8:00am - 1:00pm.

Salary Range: $23.16 – $25.27 per hour based on the 2023 - 2025 salary schedules for district paraprofessionals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work with high school students who speak a language other than English
  • Ability to effectively use district technology
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-culturally
  • Exceptional organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in a secondary educational environment
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Prior experience as an educational paraprofessional
  • Ability to show initiative and function as a self-starter
  • Ability to maintain confidential information

    Experience working with immigrant and refugee students
