Project Manager - T&S-Level 4 - Lead (15+ Years)
This position is responsible for the completion of projects that support nuclear objectives. The role involves leading and managing all aspects of assigned projects from budgetary approval until the project is placed in service and closed out. The individual will lead a project team to execute projects according to approved budgets and schedules, maintaining project momentum and reporting on completion status.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project execution from budgetary approval to completion for large, complex Transmission & Substation (T&S) major projects.
- Lead project teams to meet approved budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate with construction teams on schedule, clearance planning, and execution.
- Provide monthly budget forecast spend reports.
- Oversee the production and submittal of FERC compliance documentation.
- Coordinate engineering, construction, and other functional resources to complete project objectives.
- Create plans, cost analyses, schedules, and estimations to communicate project deliverables.
- Manage project controls and systems to support development tasks.
Required Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is required.
Experience:
15 or more years of experience leading Transmission & Substation or related projects is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience with P-6 and NEO software.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in PGD, Wind, or similar organizations.
