Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with state regulatory requirements and facility policies;
Observe residents taking medications and note effects including adverse effects;
Document required information in residents' medication administration records accurately;
Communicate concerns or observations with Wellness Director/Wellness Coordinator or designated personnel;
Support residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health
