Production Manager, Manufacturing Production
Position Summary
As the Production Supervisor, you will coordinate daily activities of production which may include setup and operation of machines, conduct employee training in equipment operations, directly supervise production team members, and assist the production manager with other assigned duties.

- Maintain open levels of communication with employees at all levels of the organization
- Resolve personnel problems by investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action
Responsible for any other duties as assigned
- Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Previous leadership experience
- Trouble‑shooting, problem solving, and decision‑making skills
- A safety‑mindset with the ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and work in a drug‑free organization
- An understanding of Occupational Safety and OSHA requirements
- A desire to achieve success and be part of growing organization
