SCHEDULE:

4-Day Work Schedule | Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Occasional Friday overtime (typically 1 Friday/month)

PAY:
Up to $32.00 per Hour initial rate + educational support & full corporate benefits

FOCUS: 480V 3-phase electricity, AC/DC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, relays, and basic PLC analysis

EXPERIENCE:

2+ years in maintaining industrial machinery, electro-mechanical repairs, or troubleshooting equipment

WORKSPACE:
Modern, high-autonomy production facility with 45+ advanced molding presses

Daily Responsibilities
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and fix complex production machinery, handling electrical issues up to 480V three-phase systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, including lubrication, thermocouple testing, and heating system optimization.
  • Address various technical challenges, from rebuilding hydraulic/pneumatic valves to general facility upkeep projects.
  • Disassemble faulty equipment, repair components, and reassemble using cranes, hoists, and hand tools.
  • Collaborate with plant management and engineering teams to manage assets and coordinate equipment installations.
  • Accurately document maintenance data, tracking repairs, part usage, and equipment diagnostics.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of electro-mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience in a manufacturing or custom job shop.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and fluid power systems, reading schematics, diagnosing sensors, relays, motors, and basic PLCs.
  • Self-directed with the ability to troubleshoot independently and think critically on the shop floor.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious work ethic with excellent attendance.
  • Local to the I-43 manufacturing corridor near Two Rivers, WI.
