Ensure consistent production flow, quality standards, and team performance across pre-assembly operations.

• Lead the Sewing & Quilting operations at the Mattress Factory
• Create a culture of safety, quality, and accountability
• Coach and develop employees
• Ensure production goals are met
• Troubleshoot challenges and help improve day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with other departments

• Experience leading teams preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and people development skills
