About the Role:As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality inspections, removing damaged products, transporting goods within the facility, and maintaining a clean, sanitized work environment. You’ll support the production team to meet daily goals and uphold high standards of safety and quality.
What You’ll Do:- Perform quality checks and remove defective products from conveyor belts
- Transport products efficiently throughout the manufacturing floor
- Sanitize products and uphold sanitation standards to maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with various production duties as needed to support operational flow
- Competitive pay starting at $15.00–$18.00/hour, based on shift
- Multiple shifts available to fit your schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:30am–2:30pm, Monday–Saturday ($15/hr)
- 2nd Shift: 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday–Saturday ($16/hr)
- 3rd Shift: 10:30pm–6:30am, Sunday–Friday ($18/hr)

- Able to thrive in a dynamic, sometimes challenging environment with varying temperatures (35°F to 100°F) and conditions (wet, slippery, loud)
- Physically capable of standing, bending, reaching, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination and safety awareness while handling sanitation chemicals
- Flexible with overtime and adapting to shift changes as needed
Expect temperature variations, wet and slippery surfaces, and noise typical of manufacturing settings. Personal protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, face shields, and rain suits are required at times to ensure safety.
Pay Details:$15.00 to $18.00 per hour
