Production Tech - 1st Shift

A leading manufacturing company in Two Rivers is hiring a Production Tech for 1st shift. The role involves operating machining equipment, ensuring quality standards, and supporting daily production goals. • Operate machining tools and handle components following established manufacturing techniques.
• Maintain accurate part counts and document production activities precisely.
• Perform quality inspections using gauges and visual checks during production runs.
• Read and interpret job routings and blueprints to ensure correct assembly and machining.
• Complete required forms, labels, and records while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred; entry-level considered.
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Basic computer skills helpful for reporting labor, scrap, and rework.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and ability to maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Capable of lifting up to approximately 40 lbs continuously and performing repetitive tasks.
