Personal Care Aide - Assisted Living Facility

Full Time 2nd shift and Part Time and PRN/ Casual All Shifts

Under the supervision of the assigned LPN/LVN or RN Unit Supervisor, provides activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned. Assists in creating a positive physical, social, and psychological environment. Follows all Center policies and procedures.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft products

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Post‑acute care or health care experience preferred

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other center staff. Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long‑term care residents and the elderly. Meets all health requirements, as required by law.
