Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:45am – 5:15pm;
Tuesday: 7:45am – 12:15pm;
Friday: 7:45am – 4:30pm. No weekends, holidays or nights.
Pay Range $21.85 – $36.15
Location 5300 Memorial Dr., Two Rivers, WI
What You’ll Do- Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
- Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
- Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
- Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
- Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
- Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
- LPN:
Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices. - MA:
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA), to be obtained within 45 days unless determined not required.
- GED or HS equivalency diploma.
- LPN:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in Practical Nursing. - MA:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in Medical Assistant, or 2 years of verifiable full‑time experience as a Medical Assistant within the last 5 years.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies.
- Must be able to push/pull with 30 lbs of force and perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs with a second person present.
- Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch with ability to use fine hand manipulation skills for IV insertion and other procedures/functions.
- Maneuver foot pedals on carts or machines.
- Perform physical safety interventions such as patient restraint and verbal de‑escalation, if needed.
- May be exposed to chemical and hazardous waste as well as blood and body fluids and communicable disease; protective clothing and equipment must be worn as necessary.
- Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions.
- Physical Abilities Testing may be required.
- Base compensation listed within the pay range based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
