General Information: Beds: 12 (including Triage)

Patient Types: Neonates to geriatrics, various types of illnesses, majority of patients are adults
Patient Ratios: 1-5, up to 6 rarely (acuity based)
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, PALS, De-escalation training (MOAB or CPI)
Skills required :
General ED skillset, chest tubes, drips, IV starts, phlebotomy, EKGs, cardiac rhythm interpretation
Support on the Unit:
- CNA (Ratio 1:12)
- Charge nurse: does this person have patient load:
No titled Charge RN in the ED - Phlebotomy team: ED RN s will perform phlebotomy at the bedside
- Resource Nurse, Lead RN functions as a resource
- RT in house 24/7:
