Utilize overhead cranes, hoists, and precision hand tools to disassemble malfunctioning equipment, perform component repairs, and execute safe reassembly.
  • Collaborate with Plant Leadership:
Partner directly with plant management and engineering to minimize unplanned downtime, manage critical spare parts, and assist with machinery installations.

  • Self-Directed Problem Solver:
Confidence to work independently on the floor, tackle complex equipment faults, and take full ownership of machinery health.
  • Reliability & Safety Mindset:
Rock-solid work history with an exceptional attendance record and an unyielding commitment to shop safety protocols.
  • Local Commute: US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a comfortable daily driving distance of Two Rivers, WI and the surrounding Lakeshore region.
