Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire

Location: Two Rivers, WI
Pay: $22–$35+/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Work Week: Monday–Thursday (4-Day Work Week)

Storm Search is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in the Two Rivers, WI area. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining equipment reliability, and supporting a high-performing production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to maximize uptime
  • Diagnose mechanical issues, alarms, and system malfunctions
  • Perform repairs, rebuilds, and component replacements
  • Dismantle, inspect, and overhaul machinery as needed
  • Fabricate parts and tools to support maintenance needs
  • Install, move, align, and level industrial equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and HVAC systems
  • Support facility maintenance, including building and grounds
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records
  • Submit parts and supply requests as needed
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs effectively
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
Preferred Experience
  • Mechanical repair and diagnostics
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Production equipment troubleshooting
  • Machinery installation and alignment
  • Experience in industrial or high-volume manufacturing settings
