As Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the business and supporting day-to-day accounting operations across the organization. This role is well suited to someone who brings strong financial leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to support a project-driven business with clear reporting and sound accounting practices.
Responsibilities- Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close activities accurately.
- Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and supporting schedules.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing in Quick Books.
- Maintain accurate job costing and support budgeting for residential projects.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax filings, and audit requests.
- Senior-level accounting experience.
- Expertise with Quick Books across financial accounting functions.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
