Entering Wellness Mental Health is expanding into Tyler, Texas, and we are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Administrator to support our new Tyler office. Entering Wellness is a mission-driven behavioral health organization providing community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Our Tyler office will serve as an operational hub supporting clinicians in the field, licensed leadership, and administrative workflows.
Position OverviewThe Office Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Tyler office. This position supports administrative processes, staff coordination, communication, and compliance—serving as the backbone of office operations. This is an onsite role that requires strong organization, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced mental health environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workflow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Tyler office (phone, email, in-person as needed).
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain accurate employee and office records in compliance with company policies.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and coordination for staff and leadership.
- Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and staff support activities.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
- Support basic payroll coordination and administrative reporting as assigned.
- Assist with mental health office operations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Proven experience in office administration or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and clerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in a medical, mental health, or human services office.
- Familiarity with payroll processes or HR administrative support.
- Experience coordinating trainings, meetings, or office projects.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
