Role Description

This is a part time-(30 hours a week), on-site Executive Assistant role, located in Tyler, TX. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, including managing schedules, preparing and reviewing expense reports, handling correspondence, and supporting leadership in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The role requires excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Must be proficient in social media. Might work weekends as needed.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Experience with creating and managing Expense Reports and providing direct support to executives
  • Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders
  • Proficient in time management, attention to detail, and multitasking
  • Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role preferred
