About Us

Peltier Automotive Group is a locally owned dealership organization built on teamwork, accuracy, and growth. Our shared services accounting teams support multiple dealerships from one centralized corporate office in Tyler, TX.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Automotive Title Clerk to process title, payoff, and registration functions across all store locations within the group. This role ensures that every transaction is completed accurately and on time, supporting both our accounting and sales teams.

Position reports directly to the Title & Payoff Team Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Process vehicle titles, registrations, and payoffs for multiple dealerships

  • Review deal schedules to confirm accuracy and resolve title/payoff discrepancies

  • Track and follow up on title paperwork from lenders, vendors, and DMVs

  • Prepare and submit documentation for mechanic’s liens when applicable

  • Communicate with F&I departments, lenders, and tag/title agencies to resolve issues

  • Assist with process improvements, training, and communication across the shared services team

Preferred Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years of automotive title or registration experience (multi-dealership preferred)

  • Knowledge of vehicle titling, payoffs, lien releases, and registration requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills with both internal and external partners

  • Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude — able to work collaboratively within a shared services environment
