ShiftDay job:
Monday–Friday; flexible between 8 am–5 pm for part‑time shift; full‑time expected in summer months. Location flexibility: onsite.

- Perform entry‑level administrative support work for the department.
- Answer the telephone, evaluate requests, answer questions, route messages, and serve as backup front‑desk assistant.
- Assist in maintaining confidential information and records; this includes data review and entry.
- Assist in processing routine documents such as personnel records.
- Maintain personnel files and records in a digital database and physical files.
- Assist in performing inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment for the HR office.
- Make copies and distribute as instructed.
- Open, sort, and distribute mail.
- Perform preliminary research on assignments and gather pertinent data.
- Perform routine word‑processing duties and conduct quality checks of documents created.
- Run errands as required.
- Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
- Must be a student in high school or other educational institution or accepted into a college, university or educational institution.
- Must be at least 16 years of age, a student currently enrolled in high school or any institution of higher education to include a trade/vocational school.
- Employees at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license may be assigned driving duties and may use power tools.
- Subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather but not temperature changes.
- Light work: lift up to 20 lb at a time and frequently lift or carry objects up to 10 lb.
- Sitting – prolonged periods of time.
- Standing – prolonged periods of time.
- Repetitive motion – substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
