The Role

We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant / Listing Coordinator to support our team with day-to-day operations and help our business run smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, works independently, is a team player, and enjoys learning systems that improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate listings, including entering properties into MLS, preparing marketing materials, and managing listing timelines
  • Schedule property showings and manage appointment calendars for agents
  • Assist with team systems, CRMs, and workflows to improve efficiency
  • Handle administrative tasks, including Excel spreadsheets, data management, and documentation
  • Identify process improvements and proactively solve problems
  • Support the team in providing a seamless client experience
Qualifications
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and general office software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Desire to learn and grow into higher-level responsibilities, including eventual office management and oversight of backend systems
Compensation

$16 - $20 hourly
