Position Summary

Datamax is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Coordinator to support the daily operations of our supply and inventory management processes. The Supply Coordinator is responsible for managing customer supply orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, and ensuring customers receive products in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer supply orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of supplies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within company systems.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment.
  • Work closely with vendors, warehouse personnel, service technicians, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Research and resolve supply order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer concerns.
  • Generate and review reports related to inventory levels, usage, and supply trends.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed and delivered according to established service standards.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to inventory and supply transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and operational efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, purchasing, warehouse operations, logistics, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and utilize inventory management and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional hours as needed to support business operations.
