Shipping​/Receiving Clerk

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk position for a Tyler area company! We are a full-service staffing firm partnering with companies throughout East Texas offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is never a fee to use our services!

In this role, you will:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Use a scan gun to track and process incoming inventory.
• Process paperwork and organize document packets into the correct shipping bins for Trane.
• Assemble and organize instruction manuals for approximately 500 different models.
• Enter and manage information using computer systems.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is properly organized.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Strong computer skills and confidence navigating computer systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when counting and processing paperwork.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or clerical work preferred.
• Ability to use a scan gun and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks.
