Business Incubator / Coworking Space Operator – Interest Inquiry

Norf Companies is developing a small business incubator and community-focused workspace within The Fair Building, downtown Tyler, TX. We are exploring sponsorship and operational partnerships for this space, which will serve as a hub for community programming such as workshops, speaker events, mentorship, and networking.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the incubator/coworking space.
• Manage memberships, scheduling, and overall use of the space.
• Coordinate shared amenities such as meeting rooms and event areas.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Plan and execute a consistent calendar of programming, including:
  • Workshops (business planning, finance, marketing, etc.)
  • Speaker events and panel discussions
  • Networking events and community meetups
• Identify and coordinate with external speakers, mentors, and facilitators.
• Build relationships with local organizations, universities, and business leaders to support programming.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, partners, and visitors.
• Track general usage and participation (memberships, event attendance, etc.) to help measure activity and impact.

• Experience in small business support, coworking, community programming, or operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day details.
• Preferred:
  Local ties to Tyler or community relationships.
