Job Description
All Saints Episcopal School seeks part‑time after school childcare employee that will guide our students in our after school program (Saints Care) from 3:45‑6:00 p.m. Monday‑Friday. This position will involve collaborating with other workers to deliver the strongest education and experience possible for the students. While maintaining a meaningful support role for students, you will be expected to contribute to a positive and cohesive team attitude while nurturing and inspiring curious, confident, joyful learners.
Preferred qualifications:- Two years of experience working with children
- Ability to be an innovative, collaborative and a positive member of the school community
- Have a friendly, sociable and welcoming personality
- Becoming familiar with program policies and ensuring that such policies are properly implemented
- Facilitating/monitoring students with homework and other activities
- Encouraging a positive classroom community
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized learning area
- Effectively supervising students during work and activity times
