Crew Lead

The Crew Lead is a full-time, on-site position based in Tyler, TX. This role involves managing day-to-day operations of a construction crew, overseeing daily projects, and ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include providing hands-on support where needed, delegating tasks, and tracking progress. The Crew Lead is responsible for maintaining clear communication with the team, and providing members with any materials, tools, and agendas necessary.

• Construction skills including hands-on experience with tools
• Ability and experience to drive, load, and haul a trailer safely is required
• Equipment/Machinery experience is preferred but not required
• Leadership and team management abilities to supervise crew members effectively
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of occupational safety standards and best practices in construction
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members
• Physical stamina to perform on-site work and handle tasks in various environmental conditions
• Prior experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction or safety are a plus
