Member Service Representative

Altra Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional, member-focused service in our Onalaska, WI branch. In this role, you will handle daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance. You'll open and maintain checking, savings, and related accounts, educate members on Altra's full range of products and digital services, and proactively identify opportunities to recommend solutions that support members' financial well-being.
