We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This position involves a mix of customer service, administrative duties, and facility oversight.

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
• Check members in using the software system
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Monitor member check-ins and ensure policies are followed
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Report facility maintenance issues or member concerns to management
• Support other staff and assist in light cleaning duties when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Standing for extended periods
• Occasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
• May be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
