Coverage: CVT Surgery We are needing someone with cardiac and thoracic
Will use 2-3 providers.
Reason for coverage (i.e. vacation, maternity/health, staff leveling etc)
Provider leaving
Dates of Coverage neededone to two weekends a month. Starting on Friday 7am to Monday 7 am

Schedule/hours - 7am Friday to Monday at 7amCall schedule (i.e. 1:3 weekday and 1:3 weekend)

EMR/Documentation
EPIC Support staff NPNot Willing to consider non-licensed or IMLC providers
Board certification required Certifications required ATLS and ACLSOnly Cardiac not accepted.
