NOTE:

We are hiring multiple candidates for this position. This is an in‑person role based at our campuses in Dallas‑Fort Worth, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

Most admissions professionals are brought in to maintain the status quo. Your mandate is different: dismantle what doesn't work and build something more effective in its place.

2 Hour Learning condenses a traditional school day into two hours through AI‑driven, mastery‑based applications. No traditional teachers. No lectures. No time lost. Our students achieve learning gains at 2.6 times the national average—validated by MAP assessment data. The remainder of each day is dedicated to life skills, personal development, and substantive projects. This represents not merely an alternative approach to education, but a fundamentally more efficient, high‑impact system producing top 1% academic results in half the time.

Your role centers on leading complete‑cycle admissions for a designated campus, with autonomous control over your enrollment pipeline. No bureaucratic layers. No handoffs. No unnecessary complexity. You will convert interest into enrollment through rapid response, transparent outcomes, compelling tours, and selective evaluation. You will be the decisive factor in families choosing a school unlike anything they've encountered before.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, precise communication that avoids generic templated language.
  • Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate explicitly how and why our model accelerates learning, and which families benefit most.
  • Managing the complete admissions pipeline, encompassing applications, shadow day experiences, decision conversations, and family onboarding.
  • Maintaining CRM and student information system data with accuracy, currency, and readiness for weekly review, particularly within Hub Spot.
  • Improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions based on live parent feedback and conversion metrics.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Leading or supervising a team. This position is structured as an independent operator role.
  • Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles. Our operational tempo is startup-level, not institutional.
  • Attempting to enroll every prospect. This model serves specific families, and your responsibility is identifying the right fit.
  • Defending our differentiation. Our documented results carry more weight than conventional practice.
  • Working remotely. This is a campus-based, in‑person position with occasional attendance at local events.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of and continuously improve the admissions journey to convert qualified prospects into enrolled families. Build a high‑conversion, highly selective pipeline that mirrors the precision and effectiveness of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years managing full-cycle admissions at a selective, tuition-driven academic institution
  • Documented track record of handling selective enrollment processes from initial inquiry through final enrollment decision
  • Outstanding communication abilities across written, presentation, and interpersonal formats
  • Comfort and credibility when engaging with high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
  • Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (particularly Hub Spot), time management capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara, CA;
    San Francisco, CA;
    Orange County, CA;
    Palm Beach, FL; or Dallas, TX
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
