Bishop Thomas K. Gorman Catholic School seeks an experienced middle school/high school Latin teacher to join our faculty for the school year. The qualified candidate will have experience with Classical languages and demonstrate the ability to teach across all levels, building a comprehensive program for grades 6-12.
Experience & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required; certification or ability to obtain certification required.
- Master’s degree and three or more years teaching Latin preferred.
- Knowledge of varied instructional strategies to differentiate learning.
- Dedicated to teaching courses with academic rigor and innovation.
- Possess or be willing to obtain teaching certification.
- Must undergo a background check and complete the Ethics and Integrity Program of the Diocese of Tyler, Texas.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
