School Psychologist - Tyler, TX

About the Opportunity

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified and student-focused School Psychologist for a full-time, school-based role in Tyler, TX for the  school year. This position offers the opportunity to support students academic, social, and emotional development through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Conduct psycho educational evaluations and interpret assessment results
• Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and intervention services to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans and MTSS/RTI strategies
• Participate in eligibility meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Masters or Specialist (Ed.S. or higher) degree in School Psychology
• Active Texas licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (LSSP preferred or required per district)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
