Senior Civil Engineer; Pe

We are looking for a senior-level civil engineer to join our firm located in Dallas or Tyler, TX. Interested candidates must have a willingness to perform general civil engineering tasks in coordination with Project Managers, Architects, Planners & other Civil Engineers on various designs for Residential and Commercial Developments, Public Spaces, Trails, Parks and Sports Complexes throughout the State of Texas.

• Review & oversee preliminary design, plan production and construction admin. for a wide range of projects
• Review & oversee cost estimates for consistency and preciseness
• Review & oversee the development of construction documents using Civil 3D
• Work closely with designers, EITs and administration with research and site analysis
• Manage the land development department
• Consultant/Client coordination

• An interest in outdoor recreation and creating innovative public space
• Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills
• A desire to grow professionally in a small company environment
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering and Plan Production
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly with Excel)

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
