The position will provide leadership and strategic direction for all environmental engineering, compliance and sustainability activities for a large manufacturing plant and 3 distribution centers with up to 25% travel when needed.
Direct supervision of a large team including 3 Environmental Engineers, an Environmental Technician and an hourly environmental team. Position will report to the General Manager.
Technical expertise should include all areas of air (permitting including Title V, PSD/NSR permits), water and waste management.
The key to this position is having proven experience managing a complex environmental program at a plant level AND managing environmental professionals.
